1. How to get pins out of circular connector
Use professional tools: For some connectors, professional tools may be required to safely remove pins. For example, the small two-petal needle remover mentioned may not be very easy to use, but if there is no other better method, you can try to use it. If the connector is damaged or the repair cost is too high, consider replacing a new connector.

2. How to solder a circular connector
1. Remove the insulator, prepare the soldering iron and needle-nosed pliers or tweezers;
2. Place the blade of the soldering iron tip close to the solder joint, and keep the soldering iron at an angle of about 60° to the horizontal plane so that the molten tin can flow smoothly from the soldering iron tip to the solder joint. The time the soldering iron tip stays at the solder joint should be controlled to 1-2 seconds;
3. Make sure that the insulator is not burned, the tin on the solder joint is smooth, burr-free, and there is no cold solder joint, and the definition of the solder wire meets the requirements of the drawing. -
3. How to remove the circular plastic terminal head
1. Use scissors or flat-nosed pliers to cut off or remove the outer shell on the circular plastic terminal head to expose the internal wiring part.
2. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws on the terminal head to remove the terminal head.
3. Gently pull the terminal head by hand to remove it from the wire.
4. If the terminal head is very tight, you can use flat-nosed pliers or pliers to increase the removal force.
5. If you need to replace a new terminal head, you can insert the new terminal head into the wire and tighten the screws to ensure that the wiring is firm. -
4. What are the materials of circular connectors?
1. Metal: It has good mechanical properties and conductivity, and is used for contacts and housings.
2. Plastic: Lightweight, good insulation, and able to resist corrosion by some chemicals, used for insulators and housings.
3. Rubber: Has good elasticity and corrosion resistance, used for waterproofing and sealing.
