1. How to solder a circular connector
1. Remove the insulator, prepare the soldering iron and needle-nosed pliers or tweezers;
2. Place the blade of the soldering iron tip close to the solder joint, and keep the soldering iron at an angle of about 60° to the horizontal plane so that the molten tin can flow smoothly from the soldering iron tip to the solder joint. The time the soldering iron tip stays at the solder joint should be controlled to 1-2 seconds;
3. Make sure that the insulator is not burned, the tin on the solder joint is smooth, burr-free, and there is no cold solder joint, and the definition of the solder wire meets the requirements of the drawing. -
2. How to remove the circular plastic terminal head
1. Use scissors or flat-nosed pliers to cut off or remove the outer shell on the circular plastic terminal head to expose the internal wiring part.
2. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws on the terminal head to remove the terminal head.
3. Gently pull the terminal head by hand to remove it from the wire.
4. If the terminal head is very tight, you can use flat-nosed pliers or pliers to increase the removal force.
5. If you need to replace a new terminal head, you can insert the new terminal head into the wire and tighten the screws to ensure that the wiring is firm. -
3. How to remove a circular electrical connector
1. Loosen the locking ring. To remove a circular electrical connector, you first need to loosen the locking ring;
2. Remove the sealant. There is a sealant on the connector, which needs to be removed first.
3. Remove the terminal. First, loosen the terminal fastening or open the slot, and then carefully separate the plug and the socket; -
4. What is the difference between circular and rectangular connectors?
The most essential difference is the shape difference, followed by the difference between parameters, such as voltage, working scene, current, etc. What is the difference between circular connectors and rectangular connectors in terms of appearance, size, structure, color, and function? In terms of appearance, the circular connector is a perfect circle, and the rectangular connector is square. The size can be designed the same.
The structure is a circular track and a square track, and the colors are all industrial electroplating colors.
