Niobium Oxide Capacitors are high-performance capacitors made of niobium oxide thin film as the dielectric layer of the capacitor, and metal electrodes on both sides through a precision film deposition and etching process. This capacitor combines the advantages of high dielectric constant, low loss, good temperature stability and chemical stability. Compared with traditional capacitors, it has higher thermal stability, lower temperature coefficient, higher positive and negative temperature coefficient, lower leakage current and lower ESR. In design principle, niobium oxide capacitors use the high dielectric properties of niobium oxide thin films to achieve large capacity storage in a very small volume, while maintaining low ESR (equivalent series resistance) and low ESL (equivalent series inductance), thus showing excellent performance in high-frequency circuits.
