Niobium Oxide Capacitors are high-performance capacitors made of niobium oxide thin film as the dielectric layer of the capacitor, and metal electrodes on both sides through a precision film deposition and etching process. This capacitor combines the advantages of high dielectric constant, low loss, good temperature stability and chemical stability.
