ADI's 16-bit pseudo-differential successive approximation register ADC provides high accuracy, high speed and low power consumption. ADC is mainly powered by 1.8V single power supply with 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. The high-throughput SAR ADC can accurately capture and extract high-frequency signals to achieve high SNR. ADC has the function of using daisy chain ADC, and the working environment can be in the temperature range of -40C to 125C. These SAR ADCs include a universal serial interface compatible with SPI, with seven programmable modes and an optional busy indicator.
AD4000, AD4004, AD4008 SAR ADC use independent power supply VIO compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V and 5V logic.

Applications include automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition systems, machine automation, medical equipment, battery-powered equipment, and more.
