TSMC TS19503CB10H Step-Down LED Driver
TS19503CB10H buck LED driver is a continuous conduction mode inductive buck converter designed to drive single and multiple LEDs. The LED driver can provide an externally adjustable high-precision output current up to 2A. The step-down LED driver includes a power switch and a high-side output current detection circuit that uses an external resistor to set the nominal average output.
If an open-circuit load or overheating condition is detected, the device will provide the FLT flag, and the step-down LED driver provides 25 watts of output power and operates in the input power range of 4.5V to --75V. The LED driver provides up to 97% efficiency and up to 1MHz switching frequency.
