Xilinx Spartan®-7 Xilinx programmable gate array
Xilinx Spartan®-7 Field Programmable Gate Array adopts MicroBlaze™ soft processor with a running frequency of more than 200DMIP, supports 800Mb/s DDR3, and is based on 28nm technology. FPGAs are semiconductor devices based on a configurable logic block (CLB) matrix connected through a programmable interconnect system. Spartan-7 has an integrated analog-to-digital converter, dedicated safety features, and a Q-level temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) suitable for all commercial equipment. Spartan-7 devices support critical connectivity and processing applications in the industrial, automotive, consumer and communications markets. Spartan-7 belongs to one of four FPGA series (other series are Virtex-7, Artix-7 and Kintex-7), which can meet various system requirements, including small size, cost-sensitive, high-capacity applications, ultra-high-end connection bandwidth, Logic capacity and signal processing capabilities.
