Alliance Memory M29Wx flash memory devices are non-volatile memory devices that can be read, erased and reprogrammed. The memory is in read mode by default and can be read like ROM or EPROM. M29Wx memory device, operating under the power supply voltage range (VCC) of 2.7V to 3.6V, and has erase/suspend/resume operations, unlock bypass programming commands, and 64-bit universal flash memory interface. These memory devices provide temporary block unprotected mode, standby and automatic modes, low power consumption, and 100,000 program/erase cycles per block.
