TI TIOS102/TIOS102x Digital Sensor Output Drivers
Texas Instruments TIOS102/TIOS102x Digital Sensor Output Drivers can be configured as high-side, low-side, or push-pull drivers. The devices are capable of withstanding IEC 61000-4-5 surges up to 1.2kV (500Ω) and feature integrated reverse polarity protection. The pin-programmable interface in Texas Instruments TIOS102/TIOS102x makes it easy to interface circuits. Output current limit can be configured using external resistors. Features fault reporting and internal protection for undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature conditions.
