The IXYS STP802U2SRP 1.5A sensitive dual-channel SCR features high quiescent and short turn-off time (tq). The IXYS STP802U2SRP SCR features up to 20A surge capability, up to 1150V non-repetitive forward peak off-state voltage, and up to 900V non-repetitive reverse blocking voltage. These SCRs are designed for applications such as ground fault circuit breakers, arc fault circuit breakers, residual current devices and residual current circuit breakers with overload protection.
