Niobium Oxide Capacitors are high-performance capacitors made of niobium oxide thin film as the dielectric layer of the capacitor, and metal electrodes on both sides through a precision film deposition and etching process. This capacitor combines the advantages of high dielectric constant, low loss, good temperature stability and chemical stability. Compared with traditional capacitors, it has higher thermal stability, lower temperature coefficient, higher positive and negative temperature coefficient, lower leakage current and lower ESR.
