If you need to return or exchange due to quality problems：

First, you should test the product and provide a detailed written test report (failure analysis report). After verification, we will accept your return or exchange.

Secondly, fill in the relevant return approval form. Or you can contact us to get a refund and replacement approval number.

Replacement of electronic components or refund of purchase price, subject to the following terms and conditions：

* The product appears damaged or defective at the buyer

* Buyer must notify jinftry within 14 days of failure of electronic components.

* Any failure of electronic components caused by buyer negligence, misuse (including misuse related to the handling, storage, or installation of electronic components), or improper use. Not consistent with the manufacturer recommendations for use of electronic components.

* By returning a product to jinftry, the customer certifies that the product was purchased from jinftry and has not replaced all or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor, or other source of such product. Returns should be in the original packaging (manufacturing quotient or jinftry), unused and untested
