These devices are AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified, support ambient temperatures up to +125°C, are manufactured in an IATF16949 certified facility, and support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and specific process controls required by the automotive industry. The 74LVC1GxxQ family of logic device ICs includes 13 popular functions and these devices are available in SOT25 and SOT353 packages.
