Infineon Embedded System Memory HYPERRAM Flash provides the high performance and key safety features required in automotive, industrial and communications applications. It is architected and designed for functional safety, making it the industry's first ASIL-B compliant and ASIL-D capable NOR flash. Infineon Embedded System Memory HYPERRAM Endurance Resilient Architecture enables individual partitions to be configured for over 1 million programming cycles over a wide temperature range (-40°C --- +125°C).
Infineon Embedded System Memory HYPERRAM is a high-speed, low-pin-count, low-power self-refreshing dynamic RAM (DRAM) for high-performance embedded systems that require extended memory for scratchpad or buffering purposes. HYPERRAM 2.0 supports JEDEC xSPI compliant HYPERBUS™ and Octal xSPI interfaces. HYPERRAM 2.0 provides up to 400 MB/s read/write bandwidth in DDR mode. It is packaged in a small 6 mm x 8 mm 24-ball BGA package and offers an extended operating temperature range (-40°C to +105°C). Available in Industrial, Non-Industrial, Automotive Grade 3, Automotive Grade 2, and Automotive Grade 1 temperature grades, the HYPERRAM is AEC-Q100 qualified. These products are available in 1.8 V options.
