NXP Semiconductors LPC553x MCU family expands the Cortex-M33 based general-purpose MCU family. It offers even better performance, all on-chip RAM with parity or ECC, security features and accurate analog additions. The family is built on cost-effective 40nm NVM process technology. The LPC553x/S3x family includes a proprietary DSP accelerator that reduces clock cycles by a factor of 10, resulting in even greater signal processing efficiency.
