STMicroelectronics X040 Sensitive Gate SCR and Z040
STMicroelectronics X040 Sensitive Gate SCR and Z040 are 750V devices designed for power regulation and switching applications. A unidirectional X040 sensitive gate SCR can conduct current in one direction and block it in the other. The bidirectional X040 triac conducts current in both directions and blocks current in both directions. Suitable for use in home appliances, power tools and industrial systems, these highly sensitive devices can drive loads up to 4A.
STMicroelectronics X040 Sensitive Gate SCRs and Z040 Triacs are available in ECOPACK2 compliant DPAK and IPAK packages and feature a wide -40°C--+125°C operating temperature range.
