Vicor ZVS boost-buck regulators are high-efficiency, wide-input range DC-DC regulators that integrate the controller, power switches, and supporting components in a high-density system-in-package (SiP). High switching frequency operation reduces the size of external filtering components, increases power density, and enables very fast dynamic response to line and load transients, maintaining high switching frequency to rated input voltage and without sacrificing efficiency. Large conversion ratios are supported. The Vicor ZVS Boost Buck features >98% efficiency at >800kHz FSW, fast response, and can be paralleled with single-line current sharing.
