CUI Inc VQA3-S / VQA3S-S DC-DC Converters
CUI Inc VQA3-S and VQA3S-S DC-DC converters are 3W devices with >200kV/µs reinforced insulation and common mode transient isolation. The VQA3-S is designed for IGBT driver applications, while the VQA3S-S targets SiC driver applications. Both CUI Inc DC-DC converter families feature 3.5pF isolation capacitance and continuous short circuit protection. The operating temperature range of these devices is -40°C -- +105°C.
