The STM X0115ML 0.8A SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) thyristor has a sensitive trigger level, making the device suitable for applications where the available gate current is limited. The X0115ML offers a high blocking voltage of 600V and a surge peak voltage of ,750V for applications such as Ground Fault Interrupter (GFCI) and Arc Fault Interrupter (AFCI).
