CBRDFSH Schottky Bridge Rectifier
CBRDFSH Schottky bridge rectifier is a thin device that can reduce the overall product size. These rectifiers provide a variety of currents and voltages. The CBRDFSH rectifier has high energy efficiency and uses a separate glass passivation chip to reduce leakage and improve performance and reliability. These rectifiers are packaged in a BR DFN surface mount enclosure. Typical applications include Power over Ethernet (PoE) and smart lighting.
