Silicon Labs EFR32FG23 Flex Gecko Wireless SoC is suitable for Silicon sub-GHz IoT wireless connectivity for smart home, security, lighting, building automation and metering. The EFR32FG23 is a high-performance sub-GHz radio with long-distance transmission characteristics and is not susceptible to 2.4GHz technical interference. This single-chip, core solution features industry-leading security, low power consumption and fast wake-up. Integrated power amplifier for next-generation secure connectivity for IoT devices.
Silicon Labs EFR32FG23 wireless SoCs are available in 40-pin and 48-pin quad flat no-lead (QFN) packages and feature a wide -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
