CISSOID New Series of P-Channel High Temperature Power MOSFET Transistors


CISSOID, the leader in high-temperature semiconductor solutions, introduces VENUS, their new series of high-temperature 30V P-channel power MOSFET transistors guaranteed to operate between minus 55 degrees and 225 degrees Celsius. The VENUS series of P-channel power MOSFETs are named CHT-PMOS3002, CHT-PMOS3004 and CHT-PMOS3008, and their maximum leakage current ratings are 2A, 4A and 8A respectively. They complement the company's SATURN family of N-channel MOSFETs introduced in November 2009.

VENUS power MOSFETs exhibit excellent high temperature performance. At 225 degrees Celsius, the gate leakage current of CHT-PMOS3002 remains below 50nA, while its drain current is as low as 10μA and its turn-on delay time is 30ns. The on-resistance and input capacitance ranges of this series are from 0.4Ω to 1.7Ω and from 150pF to 450pF respectively.
